I am installing an RTH230B and have only two wires, one black and one white for heating. I am not sure which is the heat relay wire and which is the heating power. Any advice?...

I installed the thermostat. Programmed it according to the instructions. However no matter how cold it is in the house, the Temp Display shows 71 degrees and never goes under that. The heat runs as if the programming is working...

Double checked installation, but the heat keeps running, could it be something other than the thermostat as we just put this in as the old one (we thought) was not working...the heat kept running and wouldn't shut off...

In heating..it just stops and has to be shut and restarted. We come home to an ice cold house and has to be started because it just stops....
