TV won't come on.

Red light is on, green light comes on when you push the power button , then goes back to red...

Useing the LCT3201AD as a computer as a VGA monitor

When I first turn on the computor it displays the desk top. Then the screen goes blue and I get a message on the screen that says not supported....
