After a long time of different settings i have resolved a big part of my probs.
i have uninstalled, (completly), my sblive.

minha placa de video suporta agp 2x 4x e 8x...
mas nas propiedades da placa de video (com o so ligado) eu vejo a que tá 2x.
acho que deveria tá...
