Problem with Intense/quita mancha activating during 32 minute programme.

how do I stop the `intense' feature starting on it's own during the 32minute programme - I've tried turning pushing the button to deactivate it but this doesn't work - in the end I have to switch the machine off...

Start pressure on/off switch button
