System Restore

Please could you help me by telling me how do do a factory reset on my dvd recorder, as the picture settings are incorrect, and that i cannot see the settings menu...

I need to do system restore because the picture settings have been changed, and that i cannot see the settings menu. Hope you can tell me how to do system restore so that the dvd recorder is back to factory...
