while trying to change the on/off code an error occured and the red alarm is flashing along with the chime light. I cannot turn off the alarm or bypass any password. If anything opens the alarm goes off

cannot reset passcode and alarm is set - red alarm light is flashing...

Flashing "0" and "1"

Flashing "0" and "1". No other LEDs are on. No "E" is flashing....
