My c713 did not come with the port or a USB cable. I understand that I can down load wirelessly but I dont understand all the complicated verbage can someone put it into plain english for me?...

New camera used for 10 pics and the batteries burned out. Wouldn't turn on again even with new batteries. also, the battery latch is very difficult to close....
