Atomic clock with outdoor temp and weather forecast model # 2N8VO4U

Everything works except for the outdoor temp...I have closed it down per instructions, but still no right outside temp....it reads about the same as the indoor one....

Since daylight time change my clock sets to 2 hours back instead of the 1 hour back. Tried setting it and it resets to 1 hour behind the present time....
