Drainage issue

New Maytag QS300, Legacy Series won't start. Lights on panel don't stay lit, except for small green light next to a symbol with 3 inside of it.

Control panel won't stay lit after you press any buttons except for a button on the right that has a symbol with the number 3 in it....that stays lit all the time. So, it won't start or do anything else....

Lights are blinking, can't the the dishwasher to work. need to know how to reset...
