Rode stereo mic - died after new battery inserted. The light comes on for an instant then dies. The mic is unuseable now. Supplier may offer to replace - but am too worried to go this way... Forum: diplofix.com - From: Noodles - Date: 2009-01-17 19:13:26 |

Hi
i'm not a pro
but the oktava mk012 (with all capsules) work for me

i personally prefer them to rode nt4 or nt5
haven't tried the c541b.
i'm sure someone more knowlegdeable will chime in pretty soon

Pointed towards the soundhole, but with an angle towards the neck, if you can visualize that. I guess that it was about 8-10'' away from the guitar. The angle will determine the ''boom factor'' and the amount of string noise... Forum: recording.org - From: eddies880 - Date: wed jul 27, 2005 10:06 am |
