My 6180 phaser printer started leaking or blowing out Magenta toner. I cleaned up, replaced with a new one and it continues to print pink shaded documents and spill magenta toner....

I am trying to figure out how to set my phaser 6180 so that it will print out a fax confirmation sheet once it has finished faxing....

Printer will not print in color. It will scan in color but not print from pc in color...

When i am trying to copy it automatically reduces print zoom in 69% plz tell me how to change it in 100% thanks and regards
