consulta sobre el funcionamiento del lavarropas marca candy CTS 102

cuando pongo en marcha el lavarropas lo único que hace es cargar el agua, y si yo activo el controlador de nivel arranca enseguida la bomba d edesagote, pero no hace nada más, mi pregunta es sobre el trabajo de la plaqueta que lleva. Si puede ser que esta plaqueta no esté funcionando, desde ya muchas gracias.
