mi 17´´ 19´´ tft lcd color monitor no enciende y no se que pueda ser. necesito ayuda urgente

un dia dejo de encender, pero ayer fueron a la casa y me dijeron que es posible que sea problema de un fusible, que segun dicen todos los monitores tienen como proteccion para caidas y subidas de voltaje, me gustaria que alguien que posea conocimiento de este problema, me de su opinion, para poder solucionarlo, Gracias
