fax bloqueado, comprobar cart.

Hola, mi pregunta es la siguiente, tengo un olivetti fax-lab 105 f y el problema es que se ha quedado bloqueado con el mensaje, comprobar cart, le he puesto cartucho nuevo, he limpiado los terminales tal y como indican las instrucciones, pero no reconoce los cartuchos nuevos y no copia los fax, alguien sabe como solucionar esto?, gracias.
