paper jam and hearing a noise

hi, when i send a job to be printed, i hear the noise and i observed that the roller on the tray start to move, but after it stop and i get this error message saying "paper jam MP E" can somebody help me on that?

Check the paper pick rollers, they may be worn out and require replacing. I also have this problem, trying to find part numbers (Nightmare!!)
