Here it is. I figured this out by messing with the piece of junk myself. I could find no official instructions, its not even on Dane-Elec's website. to use zMate MP3 player To Turn ON Hold down ON/OFF button till you see a light if you see a RED light - Press the AB button once (should turn to a green light) and then Press the ON/OFF button once if you see a Green light - Press the ON/OFF button once, wait 5 seconds (you will see no lights), it will start playing When its playing, the green light will be flashing To Turn OFF Press the ON/OFF button once, it will blink green for 5 seconds, then shut off
