JVC KD-G111 Car Stereo problem.

I have a JVC KD-G111 and it's been working fine in the past month, now I have noticed that lately all the CD's I play, it sometimes makes the song I'm playing skip or 'jump' but there is nothing wrong with my CD's! Was just wondering if anyone knows what's up or they know how to fix it??? Many thanks in advance.
