Jammed Shotgun shell

Browning Invector 12 ga jams 3rd shell after fired. How to prevent this and how do I remove the jammed shell?

Mine does the same thing...to eject, hold the slide release in with one hand and the forend with the other. Then smack the butt on the ground and the shell will pop out. I have done this many times and it does not hurt the action. I beleive it is not ejecting, as I do not have the force of the reload as I do when i want to get the follow up shot. I want to put that shell in quick for the follow up and thus, am more forceful ejecting that used shell...let me know how it works, prparkinson@gmail.com
