Eco lite is on all the time and unit won't reset when I hit power and enter after unplugging. Unit won't do anything.

I have tried resetting the unit because it worked till about 2 weeks ago, then the Eco light came on. Now the unit won't do anything. I've tried uplugging it, waitng 5 minutes and replugging it, then hitting the power button and enter button simultaneously. Same with hitting the Eco button, waiting 4 seconds then Enter and Jog. Nothing works.

I wondered if you had any luck in finding a solution for your problem with your AV-S17. Mine is doing the same thing -- red ECO light on, nothing on the display, clicking noise like it's turning on when I hit "Power". Tried the fix suggested in the manual. Thought maybe you might have found the solution. Thanks!
