The lamp does not turn on. Instead I get blinking "warming up" lights, then a solid lamp light, and the set turns off.

My set makes a scanning sound (ZZZzzzz) while it seems to be searching for the lamp. The sound is coming from that area. If I monkey with it enough, it turns on an operates normal. When I shut it off and try to turn it on again, it may or may not turn on. This happened with the old lamp as well. The new lamp is only about 1 month old, and has had the problem since installation. Any suggestions?
